Direct Primary Care

DPC is a unique healthcare model that eliminates costly administrative waste by creating a contractual relationship directly between the patient and the doctor. There are no hidden fees, no billing of insurance, and the cost is based on a monthly membership fee fit to your specific needs.

Upon joining Cornerstone Health, we will collect a one-time, non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $60 per patient not to exceed a family maximum of $150. This fee is separate from your first month’s payment.
